On-Demand Pay allows access to a portion of earned wages before the usual payday.
Time off includes 15 days of annual accrued paid time off, which increases by one day with each year of service, 11 paid holidays, 2 wellness days, and paid parental leave.
Full-time and part-time (30+ hours) team members are eligible for health, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, accident, hospital indemnity, critical illness, legal, auto, home, and pet insurance.
Your out-of-pocket medical costs of up to $2000 for individuals and $4000 for families may qualify for reimbursement through our Garner HRA. In addition, based on the medical plan you choose, you can utilize pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible healthcare costs with an HSA, which includes a company match of up to $900 for individuals and $1800 for a family.

Job Summary And Deliverables

The Therapist provides mental health assessments, care coordination, treatment planning, individual psychotherapy, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based treatment approaches. The Therapist will also collaborate with the treatment team and community partners to help clients step down from higher levels of care.

Creates individualized care plans with detailed goals and objectives
Provides individual and group evidence-based psychotherapy interventions
Utilizes evidence-based interventions and tools to assist with treatment
Provides targeted case management services as described by the Medicaid manual, as necessary
Collaborates on client care priorities with Valley’s multidisciplinary teams
Collaborates with community partners to meet client and programming objectives
Assists with program support needs as necessary
Completes documentation within required timeframes
Meets client care hour expectations

Requirements

Master’s degree - Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
ACMHC, AMFT, CSW licensure in the State of Utah
CMHC, LMFT, LCSW licensure in the State of Utah
Valley de-escalation certification (provided)
