The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) assesses, plans, and executes treatment plans specifically designed for individuals with autism. The SLP ensures adequate treatment across basic functional communication programs based on verbal behavior strategies and augmentative and alternative communication devices. The Carmen B. Pingree Center is Utah’s leading autism program for the treatment of children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our Center utilizes ABA Therapy (applied behavioral analysis) to structure specialized curriculum and treatment.
