Writes evaluations, progress notes/reports, discharge summaries and maintains patient files. Counsels patients and/or family members regarding Rehabilitation diagnosis, plan of care and prognosis. Maintains current knowledge of regulatory/legislative policies as they apply to the profession of Physical Therapy and adheres to same.

About The Team
