Therapist - PHP/IOP - Primary Care Model

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (no weekends required).
Retention Bonuses: $5,000 (in-training licensure) and $10,000 (fully licensed).
(New Employee defined as someone who has not been employed with Rogers for more than six months.)

The therapist collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop, coordinate, and facilitate social services interventions. Utilizes evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, or family therapy to support stabilization and recovery. Works in acute care settings including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and/or intensive outpatient services, specifically with outpatient (PHP/IOP) adult patients.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients' needs through comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide counseling, support, and education to patients.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with internal and external professionals to coordinate care.
• Follow ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
• Report suspected abuse per legal and organizational policies.
• Support staffing and program needs; participate in clinical initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote patient safety.

Education & Experience

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• In-training licensure such as LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW, or equivalent.
• Substance use credentialing if required by the program.
• Knowledge of therapeutic interventions and human development.

Training & Certifications

• Compliance with Residential Care Center (RCC) and Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) standards.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire; re-certify bi-annually.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) training within 60 days; annual re-certification.
• Attend mandatory in-services and maintain licensure requirements.
