Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Psychologist - Flexible Telehealth Position

Using an evidenced-based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) counseling approach, our patients complete live video sessions with their therapist as well as self-guided video lessons outside of session. With Brightside’s innovative care model, 86% of our patients are feeling better in 12 weeks and we’re delivering 50%+ higher rates of response and remission when compared to a top US health system.
Brightside therapists also have the option to receive free training in the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS) to treat patients with elevated risk for suicide as part of our Suicide Prevention Program. Therapists will also have the opportunity to work with our Teen Therapy program and our MH and SUD Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) launching in the coming months.
