Job summary

Judson Center in Michigan is seeking licensed and limited-licensed therapists to join the Behavioral/Integrated Care Services team in Wayne County. If you hold a Master's degree and at least a limited license in social work, counseling, or psychology—or will obtain your degree this Spring—we want to speak with you!

This role offers flexible, non-traditional schedules and opportunities for community-based work, with up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services field and licensure or licensure eligibility in social work, counseling, or psychology.
• Licensed or limited-license therapists for Michigan, with driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Commitment to high-quality clinical care and culturally competent practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care with focus on MI, developmental disabilities and trauma.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and with community-based services.

Judson Center's Behavioral/Integrated Care Services program is seeking licensed and limited license therapists to join our behavioral health team at our expanding integrated behavioral health program in Wayne County.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

High quality clinical care with skills in MI, developmental disabilities and trauma

Exceptional ability to communicate and problem-solve with others

Self-accountability and follow through

Culturally competency that shows sensitivity to the service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.

Some community-based services required

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree in a human services field and LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC

Valid Michigan Drivers license, Vehicle insurance
