We are hiring in various Southern California regions, including San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, Antelope Valley, Greater Los Angeles, West and East Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley, and Ventura County.

Job Duties

Pediatric Occupational Therapists at ECA are responsible for:

  1. Providing developmental assessments and treatments for children ages birth to 3 in their natural environment using play-based approaches.
  2. Providing parent education and home programs aligned with treatment goals.
  3. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians.
  4. Supporting each child's progress through quality therapy, inclusion, and strengthening caregiver-child relationships.
  5. Completing biannual progress reports using standardized assessment tools.
  6. Performing other related duties.
Qualifications
  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current and unrestricted California OT license (or eligibility).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current TB test.
  • Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred; bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to excellence are required.
