ECA currently has a rewarding employment opportunity for a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist that is passionate about working with children from birth to three years of age in the home-setting/natural environment.

This position is an incredible opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about supporting the birth to three population through a play-based/routines-based clinical approach and dedicated to parent empowerment as a tool for success. (Click Apply Now to apply to this job) is founded by an Occupational Therapist with over 40+ years of clinical experience and offers a wealth of clinical resources, support, and continued mentorship. We have an experienced group of clinicians, including Physical Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Child Development Specialists, with extensive experience to support clinicians from diverse backgrounds.

We are seeking clinicians who love working with infants and understand the value of working in a home setting with consumers.

Why join ECA?

Our unique culture, collaborative work environment, flexible schedules, and core values make ECA a leader in home-based early intervention and the employer of choice. We believe in clinical collaboration, employee empowerment, and building trust with caring, ethical clinicians. All our clinicians are W-2 permanent employees and receive compensation for drive-time, documentation time, patient treatment time, mileage reimbursements, a monthly expense stipend, sick leave, and more. We do not utilize 'per diem' clinicians or '1099/Independent Contractors' as we seek clinicians who can provide continuity of care over time.

What else?

At ECA, you can have a rewarding career on every level. We offer support and training for clinical growth, with opportunities ranging from part-time (10-15 visits/week) to full-time (25-30 visits/week). Most visits are during daytime hours on weekdays. We also organize 'lunch and learns,' educational in-services, training, and employee events to foster connection among clinicians.

Work Environment

We believe in family-centered therapy, using the natural environment to help families establish healthy routines. Our therapists work in the child's home play area, where the child feels safe and secure, encouraging strengths-based development and goal achievement. ECA promotes collaboration within an interdisciplinary team, including co-treatments to optimize outcomes.
