Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low, and paperwork is unduly burdensome. With innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need.

Talkiatry is seeking experienced licensed Therapists, including social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists (LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LPCs, LCPCs, LPCCs) to join our team of providers.

You will:

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for your patients.
• Collaborate with our team of Providers including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to diagnose, manage, and treat our patients, employing various interventions and modalities.
• Work independently and with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff.
• Utilize our custom technology, including an integrated EMR, to support providers with patient messaging, track patient progress, and gain insights into outcomes.

You have:

• Experience caring for diverse patients with mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression.
• Excellent clinical knowledge, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet patient needs through attentive listening, clear communication, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes.
• Commitment to continuous improvement via feedback, professional development, and evidence-based practices.
• Practice adherence to ethical standards and a dedication to high-quality, accessible, and cost-effective healthcare.

Your Qualifications:

• Licensure to practice independently in the state(s) where you work; supervision for licensure is not provided.
• Proficiency with EMR tools and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Active and unrestricted state license; willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed, paid for by Talkiatry.
