Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a dedicated Therapist to support children and youth, from newborn through age 18, who are involved in the child welfare system. This full-time role offers trauma-informed therapy in homes and community settings with strong supervisory support.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families and partners to help navigate critical moments and build healthier futures. Licensing in Indiana or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Indiana (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC or LSW) with ability to obtain license.
• Experience delivering trauma-informed therapy to children/youth.
• Ability to work in home and community settings.

Requirements

• Licensed or able to become licensed in Indiana as one of the following:
• LCSW
• LMFT
• LMHC
• LSW
• Valid Indiana Driver’s License in good standing
• Active state-minimum auto insurance
• Ability to work independently in community and in-home settings
• Ability to pass all required background checks
