Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active or eligible licensure: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy as clinically indicated.
• Support children and families with emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical goals.
• Deliver services using evidence-based practices (TBRI, Motivational Interviewing, DBT).
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
• Participate in on-call rotation as assigned.

Salary: $26.00/hour

$2.50 per billing-hour differential for services rendered after 5pm or on weekends

Opportunity to earn an additional $1/hour for exceeding base client service goals

Opportunity to earn up to $7,500 annually for on-call coverage (up to 15 days/month)
