Job summary

Copper Hills Youth Center, located in West Jordan, Utah, is a residential treatment facility serving male and female 12-17 year olds with psychiatric disorders. We are seeking a full-time Clinical Therapist to join a multi-disciplinary team and provide weekly individual and family sessions, develop treatment plans, and complete assessments with strong supervision and support.

The role offers a competitive pay range of $65,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with license status and experience,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical or counseling psychology or other recognized mental health field.
• Must be currently licensed in the State of Utah or license eligible.
• Must pass a thorough criminal history background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation of weekly individual and family sessions.
• Development of master treatment plans, including monthly updates.
• Completion of psychosocial assessments and other clinical assessments.
• Timely completion of progress notes for utilization reviews.
• Engagement in the therapeutic milieu and other department activities.

Education

Copper Hills Youth Center, located in West Jordan, Utah, is a residential treatment facility (behavioral health care) serving male and female 12-17 year olds who have been diagnosed with psychiatric disorders. Behavioral therapists are part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team and have strong clinical support and supervision. Therapists perform the following:

• Facilitation of weekly individual and family sessions
• Development of master treatment plans, including monthly updates
• Completion of psychosocial assessments and other clinical assessments
• Timely completion of progress notes, documenting thoroughly for utilization reviews
• Engagement and involvement in the therapeutic milieu and other department

Qualifications
