Job summary

Sunrise Vista Behavioral Health in Canton, OH is seeking an Inpatient Therapist (LPC/LSW) for the day shift. The role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 to $80,000 per year, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Master’s degree with state licensure is required. You will conduct therapy assessments and treatment planning, facilitate CBT/DBT groups and family sessions, coordinate aftercare, and document progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with state licensure is required.
• 1+ year inpatient or acute behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete therapy assessments and treatment plans within regulatory timeframes.
• Facilitate daily groups (CBT/DBT/psychoeducation), family sessions, and discharge planning.
• Coordinate aftercare with community providers; remove barriers to continuity.
• Document progress notes that reflect measurable goals and outcomes.
• Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
• Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.
