Job summary

Heartland Counseling Center in Missouri is seeking therapists to provide outpatient mental health services with a Master’s degree in counseling or social work. PLPCs will meet regularly with an in-house supervisor while delivering high-quality care to clients.

You’ll maintain a full caseload with regular referrals, and the center handles marketing so you never worry about client volume. We offer a supportive, professional team and W2 employment with structured administrative support.

• Work closely with a team of experienced private practice therapists. (PLPC's will meet regularly with an in-house supervisor.)
• Have a consistently full-as-you-desire caseload with regular referrals provided by our Center. (We do all the marketing for you! You’ll never have to worry where your next client will come from.)

• You have excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening) and love building relationships with your clients.
