Job summary

Red Rock Behavioral Health Services in Chandler, OK is seeking a Therapist to provide individual and group counseling, complete documentation, and collaborate with the Health Team to plan care for clients with mental, emotional, or substance use issues. The role includes crisis intervention, treatment planning, coordinating care, and ensuring compliance with agency procedures.

Oklahoma licensure eligibility (LPC, LADC, LFMT, LCSW) or current licensure is required, with ability to travel locally

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to practice in Oklahoma in LPC, LADC, LFMT or LCSW.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and use relevant technology.

Responsibilities

• Completes intakes, develops treatment plans, determines clinical diagnosis and refers clients.
• Provides direct care through individual and group therapy.
• Participates in treatment team meetings and crisis intervention.
• Completes documentation in a timely manner.
• Coordinates input from team into the treatment plan.
• Maintains compliance with agency policies and funding sources.
