Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to practice in Oklahoma as LPC, LADC, LFMT or LCSW.
• Works effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in use of technology to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Completes intakes, develops treatment plans, determines clinical diagnoses and refers clients to resources.
• Prepares, plans, facilitates, and implements direct care through groups or individual therapy.
• Participates in treatment team meetings and provides information for supervision.
• Provides crisis assistance and consults with third parties as appropriate.
• Completes all documentation in a timely manner.
• Coordinates input from all team members into comprehensive treatment plans.
• Assists in development and implementation of programmatic goals.
