Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support our growing network of facilities. The PTA will assist in implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices.

A current PTA license is required, with preference for candidates having prior PTA experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License is required.
• 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant is preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
