Job summary

Cchbg is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide individual, group, and family therapy within the community and at the program facility in Lancaster. The role includes developing an Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) for assigned clients and coordinating necessary casework services.

You will maintain confidentiality of records, complete progress notes and administrative paperwork, and participate in supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or related field required.
• Must maintain confidentiality of clinical records.
• Accurate documentation including progress notes and admin paperwork.
• Participation in supervision and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy to clients and families.
• Coordinate casework services for assigned caseload.
• Develop and oversee the Individual Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Complete all required clinical and administrative paperwork.
• Attend weekly supervision sessions and maintain First Aid/CPR training.
• Follow program hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

Job description

Provide individual, group and family therapy to client and family. Coordinate casework services for assigned caseload as required. Provide treatment services within the community and at the program’s facility in accordance with the clients and/or family needs and Program Director’s request.

Develop and oversee Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) for assigned clients. Ensure confidentiality is maintained for appropriate clinical records. Complete progress notes for each billable contact; complete additional clinical documentation such as discharge planning and assessment paperwork; complete all necessary administrative paperwork such as attendance reports, expense sheets, time sheets/productivity sheets and charge slips.

Attend and participate in weekly team supervision, group supervision and/or individual supervision, and First Aid/CPR training is required and must be maintained.

This is full time position that works during the hours of operations: (7:30AM – 4:00PM.)
