Job summary

Riveredge Hospital, Inc. in Forest Park, IL seeks a Program Therapist to deliver and document age-specific psychotherapy and social services within our behavioral health program.

The role includes group, individual, and family therapy, as well as coordination with families, schools, and other agencies. You will participate in clinical staffings, provide case management and discharge planning, and support utilization management and crisis interventions as needed.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology or rehabilitation counseling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and document age/population specific psychotherapy and social services.
• Provide group, individual, and family therapy.
• Participate in clinical staffings with the clinical treatment team.
• Provide case management and discharge planning services as needed.
• Collateral contact with families, schools, and other agencies.
• Provide utilization management services with insurance entities as needed.
• Provide crisis management as needed.
• Document all services provided.

We are currently seeking a Program Therapist for Riveredge Hospital.

The Program Therapist provides the delivery and documentation of age/population specific psychotherapy and social services. This is inclusive of but not limited to providing group, individual, and family therapy, participating in clinical staffings with clinical treatment team, providing case management and discharge planning services as needed, collateral contact with families, schools, and other agencies, providing utilization management services with covering insurance entities, providing crisis management as needed, and documentation of all services provided. Reports to the Director of Social Services.
