Job summary

Riveredge Hospital in Forest Park, OH seeks a Program Therapist to deliver age- and population-specific psychotherapy and social services, including group, individual, and family therapy. You will document services and participate in clinical staffings to ensure quality care.

You will also handle case management and discharge planning, maintain collateral contacts with families, schools, and agencies, and assist with utilization management and crisis support as needed.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology or rehabilitation counseling required.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and documentation of age/population specific psychotherapy and social services.
• Provision of group, individual, and family therapy.
• Participation in clinical staffings with the clinical treatment team.
• Case management and discharge planning services as needed.
• Collateral contact with families, schools, and other agencies.
• Utilization management services with covering insurance entities.
• Crisis management as needed.
• Documentation of all services provided.
• Reports to the Director of Social Services.
