Job summary

Universal Health Services in Forest Park, IL is seeking a Program Therapist at Riveredge Hospital. You will deliver and document age-appropriate psychotherapy and social services, including group, individual, and family therapy, within a multidisciplinary team.

You will engage in case management, discharge planning, and collateral work with families and schools, while coordinating with insurance entities for utilization management and providing crisis support as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or rehabilitation counseling is required.
• Experience delivering psychotherapy and social services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and document age/population specific psychotherapy and social services.
• Provide group, individual, and family therapy.
• Participate in clinical staffings with the clinical treatment team.
• Provide case management and discharge planning as needed.
• Maintain collateral contact with families, schools, and other agencies.

We are currently seeking a Program Therapist for Riveredge Hospital.

The Program Therapist provides the delivery and documentation of age/population specific psychotherapy and social services. This is inclusive of but not limited to providing group, individual, and family therapy, participating in clinical staffings with clinical treatment team, providing case management and discharge planning services as needed, collateral contact with families, schools, and other agencies, providing utilization management services with covering insurance entities, providing crisis management as needed, and documentation of all services provided. Reports to the Director of Social Services.
