Catholic Health Initiatives seeks a Program Therapist to deliver compassionate, high-quality psychosocial care that supports patient well-being and recovery. You will assess, conduct psychotherapeutic sessions, and help form treatment and discharge plans with the treatment team.

Every day, you will be providing psychosocial and diagnostic assessment, conducting psychotherapeutic sessions with patients, reviewing cases in peer supervision, collaborating with consulting
physician and treatment team in the formation of treatment plans and discharge plans.

Conduct therapy sessions with patient by doing individual, group and significant other counseling and education to assist these individuals in achieving defined treatment goals
Reviews cases to assure quality of care and constantly seeks ways to improve internal and external customer satisfaction
Collaborate with consulting physician and treatment team in the formation of comprehensive treatment plans and discharge plans
Completes assessments, progress notes, group notes and treatment plan updates in accordance with chartingpolicy and procedures
We are offering a $3,000 sign on bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements
Master’s Degree, Mental Health Counseling or Social Work
Must have an active license in state of practice - PLMHP, LMHP, LIMHP, PCMSW, CMSW, or CSW
BLS (Basic Life Support) required
