Job summary

Bradford Health Services seeks a licensed or license-eligible Therapist to support individuals and families through various mental health challenges. You will assess clients, create personalized treatment plans, and lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions to promote emotional well-being and resilience.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will provide crisis intervention when needed and adapt approaches for diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health field.
• Licensed mental health professional credentials (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) required or eligible.
• Experience in individual and group therapy; crisis intervention knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients in acute distress.
• Facilitate anger management and life transition counseling.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources for coordinated care.
• Maintain confidential client records in compliance with legal/ethical standards.
• Stay updated with psychotherapy developments to improve outcomes.
