Planting Seeds Behavioral Health, LLC, a psychiatric practice based in Annapolis, Maryland, is expanding its team. We’re seeking a trauma-informed Therapist on an Independent Contractor basis who believes in slow, sustainable mental health care and warm clinical engagement.

The role offers a Remote/Hybrid schedule, with pay of $85–$100 per hour (insurance-based). The practice collaborates with psychiatric providers and ADHD coaches, serving adults and young adults across Maryland via telehealth

Planting Seeds Behavioral Health, LLC is a psychiatric practice based in Annapolis, Maryland, led by Jill DePhillip, MSN, CRNP, PMHNP-BC.
