Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI is seeking a Therapist In Training to join our Comprehensive Community Services team in the Milwaukee metropolitan area. Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Practicum experience related to Family Therapy, DBT Informed, or TF-CBT.
• Spanish-speaking skills preferred but not required.
• Eligible for Wisconsin in-training licensure (APSW, LPC-IT, or MFT-IT).
• Valid driver's license is required.

LSS is seeking a Therapist In Training to join our Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) team. Under the supervision of a Licensed Therapist or Licensed Psychologist, you will provide assessment, treatment, and recovery-focused services to individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Services are provided to individuals with high level needs across environments; including home, school and community. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position working in the Milwaukee Metropolitan area.

This is an excellent opportunity for master's-level clinicians seeking supervised experience while building skills in psychotherapy, clinical assessment, treatment planning, and community-based behavioral health services.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Practicum experience related to Family Therapy, DBT Informed, or TFCBT

Spanish-speaking skills are preferred due to the needs of the individuals we serve, but not required.

• Eligible for Wisconsin "in training" licensure (APSW, LPC-IT, or MFT-IT)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
