Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a full-time Therapist In Training to join our Beloit outpatient mental health team. This role supports master's-level clinicians working toward independent licensure with strong supervision and opportunities to serve DOC-involved and community-based populations.
The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with onsite and telehealth options, supervised clinical development, and a path toward licensure within Wisconsin.

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a full-time Therapist In Training to join our Beloit outpatient mental health team. This is an excellent opportunity for a master's-level clinician who is working toward independent licensure and wants meaningful clinical experience, high-quality supervision, and the opportunity to serve individuals involved with the Department of Corrections (DOC) and other community-based populations.

This position is primarily focused on individual therapy services. While occasional group coverage opportunities may arise, group facilitation is not a primary responsibility of this role.
We understand the importance of flexibility for clinicians.
Therapists have flexibility to establish a schedule that works for them and their clients. Examples may include:
One evening appointment per week is required, typically scheduled at 5:00 PM, to support client access to services.
Once established, schedules should remain consistent to support continuity of care for clients.
