Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a full-time Therapist In Training to join our Beloit outpatient mental health team. This is an excellent opportunity for a master's-level clinician who is working toward independent licensure and wants meaningful clinical experience, high-quality supervision, and the opportunity to serve individuals involved with the Department of Corrections (DOC) and other community-based populations.

This position is primarily focused on individual therapy services. While occasional group coverage opportunities may arise, group facilitation is not a primary responsibility of this role.
We understand the importance of flexibility for clinicians.
Therapists have flexibility to establish a schedule that works for them and their clients. Examples may include:
One evening appointment per week is required, typically scheduled at 5:00 PM, to support client access to services.
Once established, schedules should remain consistent to support continuity of care for clients.
LSS is committed to helping clinicians grow. Depending on program needs, therapists may have opportunities to receive additional specialized training, including evidence-based approaches utilized within DOC programming and community behavioral health settings.
