You will supervise interns and non-licensed therapists, coordinate with a treatment team and schools, and respond to crises as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work or psychology.
• 2 years of clinical counseling experience.
• Virginia licensure (LCP, LPC, LCSW, LMFT) if practicing in VA.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum age 19.

Responsibilities

• Provides and coordinates therapeutic and counseling services for assigned students.
• Assesses cognitive, behavioral, social and emotional needs; develops IEP-based goals.
• Develops therapy plans and conducts individual and group sessions.
• Provides supervision to interns and non-licensed therapists.
• Maintains progress notes and reports for quarterly progress and reviews.
