**Please note: In fall 2026, the Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute is relocating inpatient services in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to Holy Spirit Medical Center in Camp Hill. Our team is working closely with the Holy Spirit Medical Center Behavioral Health team and the Penn State Health Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health to ensure a smooth and coordinated transition .

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for supporting the management team in planning, organizing and coordinating all clinical operations of the designated site. This also includes ongoing training and individual supervision for assigned team members to assure that clinical competency and high-quality client care is being provided. Must be trained, competent and actively implementing Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) and comfortable in supervising EBP models.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling or related field required.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in mental health direct care.
  • Minimum one year experience in supervisory role or carrying out supervisory tasks.
  • Basic Life Support Certified to be completed before the end of orientation period.
  • PA Act 31 Child Abuse Training Certificate.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

  • LPC, LMFT, LSW, LCSW
