**Please note: In fall 2026, the Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute is relocating inpatient services in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to Holy Spirit Medical Center in Camp Hill. Our team is working closely with the Holy Spirit Medical Center Behavioral Health team and the Penn State Health Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health to ensure a smooth and coordinated transition .
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for supporting the management team in planning, organizing and coordinating all clinical operations of the designated site. Assures quality assurance of all assigned team members who are part of the site and/or program. This also includes ongoing training and individual supervision for assigned team members to assure that clinical competency and high-quality client care is being provided. Must be trained, competent and actively implementing Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) and comfortable in supervising EBP models.
