Job summary

Magnolia Creek Treatment Center for Eating Disorders, located in Alabama, seeks a licensed or license-track family therapist to provide individual and group therapy for clients and their families. You will develop treatment plans, participate in family-focused interventions, and contribute to discharge planning in a collaborative clinical setting.

The role requires a Master's degree and Alabama licensure or progress toward licensure (MFT/LPC/LCSW/PhD), with at least two years of family therapy

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Alabama license or working toward licensure (MFT/LPC/LCSW/PhD) required or preferred.
• Minimum two years of family therapy experience; one year in eating disorder recovery setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychological services for assigned clients and families.
• Maintain client records and create treatment plans for families.
• Assist in identifying treatment goals for clients and families.
• Discharge planning including summaries and referrals.
• Attend weekly team meetings and supervise documentation accuracy.
