Laureate Campus in Tulsa, Oklahoma is hiring a full-time Eating Disorders Therapist/Administrator to deliver high-quality patient care and support program development within a therapeutic environment. Requires a Master's degree in behavioral health and Oklahoma licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LBP).

Experience 0-6 months. You will conduct individual and family psychotherapy, lead groups, supervise meals, and coordinate assessments and discharge plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
  • State licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LBP in Oklahoma.
  • 0–6 months related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

  • Provide eating disorders focused psychotherapy to inpatients and outpatients.
  • Lead small process psychotherapy groups for inpatients.
  • Lead psychoeducational groups for inpatients and Magnolia House residents.
  • Participate in therapeutic meal supervision for Eating Disorders Program inpatients and Magnolia House residents.
  • Coordinate and complete assessments, treatment and discharge plans.
  • Complete required documentation per regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and families; participate in quality improvement activities.
