Job summary

Calvary Healing Center, a flagship facility of Universal Health Services, Inc., in Phoenix, is seeking a full-time Therapist to provide direct patient care for behavioral health patients and to help develop individualized treatment plans.

You will facilitate group therapy, coordinate care with inpatient and outpatient programs, and support patients and families through recovery, while benefiting from full benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in counseling related.
• Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW)
• Fingerprint ClearanceCard
• Completion of BLS and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Completion of Handle With Care Training within 30 days of employment.
• Experience with both inpatient and outpatient treatment.
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric or behavioral health inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients to ensure safety and well-being of patients and staff.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in a timely manner.
• Treatment plan aligned with psycho-social history and assessments.
• Facilitate group therapy to optimize peer experiences and input.

For over 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers on-site detoxification and inpatient treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region and Metropolitan Phoenix. Summary of Duties:

To provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients to ensure the safety and well being of patients and staff.
