Job summary

Qualifications

• Active California License Required (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
• Experience working with individuals, teens, and couples
• Training in Gottman Method or EFT preferred
• Comfortable using evidence-based approaches (CBT and other modalities)
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Available at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple populations including individuals, teens, adults, and couples
• Participate in weekly consultation and skills groups
• Engage in couples-specific consultation and supervision as needed
• Assist in client matching based on clinical interests
