OneQuest Health in Kentucky seeks a Therapist to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans for children and families. The role involves delivering individual and family therapy, coordinating with schools and agencies, and contributing to residential and outpatient programs.

The position requires an MSW, Kentucky LCSW/LPCC licensure, at least 2 years in behavioral health, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have MSW or closely related degree.
• Licensed in Kentucky as LCSW or LPCC.
• Minimum 2 years in behavioral health or education.
• Experience delivering individual and family therapy with evidence-based models.
• Able to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Must understand diverse cultural and socioeconomic contexts of clients.
• Minimum commitment of 8 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Develop and monitor treatment plans for all clients and families.
• Provide individual and family therapy at least 1 hour per week per client.
• Maintain accurate records per agency policies and state regulations.
• Collaborate with families, referral sources, and community partners.
• Participate in residential program team meetings and case conferences.
• Develop discharge and transition plans and coordinate with Case Managers.
