Job summary

Health Connect America, Inc. is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide high-quality behavioral health services in Alabama. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy in collaboration with families and community partners.

The role emphasizes evidence-based care, crisis intervention, and ongoing professional development. A Master's degree and licensure eligibility are required, with a focus on client-centered care and measurable

Qualifications

Master's degree in a behavioral health field or related discipline.
Must be eligible for licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
Experience with evidence-based therapies and crisis intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and use standardized tools to identify needs and plan care.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain timely clinical documentation.
Provide crisis intervention and safety planning; refer to other resources as needed.
