FFT is an effective treatment for a wide range of behavioral and emotional problems such as symptoms of conduct and oppositional and defiant behaviors. The ideal candidate is flexible, has a desire to work within a collaborative team environment, and engage with families in a community setting.**Key Responsibilities:*** Provide in-home therapeutic services to families using an evidence-based clinical approach* Provide culturally competent care to client population* Collaborate with system partners as needed, and continuously assess client needs and adjust services accordingly* Complete documentation per program guidelines* Be willing to learn the Functional Family Therapy protocol and process**Requirements:*** Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant mental health discipline* Must have strong clinical skills and a willingness to learn* Motivation and strong social skills to build healthy relationships with our clients and partner* Flexibility and passion for working with children/adolescents* Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record.
