Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. in Greencastle, IN is seeking a Crisis Intervention Licensed Therapist to join the interdisciplinary Crisis Response Team. This hybrid role combines office, community-based, and remote services to deliver timely crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization across Putnam County.

You will work with law enforcement, hospitals, and first responders, provide safety planning, coordinate care, and document thoroughly in the EHR. Indiana licensure required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Indiana licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LCAC and/or LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct crisis assessments through telephonic, walk-in, mobile and virtual crisis response.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and stabilization services.
• Coordinate psychiatric hospitalization and connect individuals to community resources.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and emergency responders to coordinate care.
• Participate in treatment planning, case management, training, and ongoing quality improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
