Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Springboro, Ohio seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical services and supervise interns, while maintaining a clinical caseload and upholding the company’s values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance and determination.

You will oversee treatment planning and documentation in a HIPAA-compliant, hybrid work environment and collaborate with a broad network of staff, families, and school and medical partners to expand access to quality care.

Qualifications

• OH licensure in field with ability to supervise (e.g. LPCC-S)
• Ability to model stable boundaries with clients
• Documentation of services within 24 hours
• Comfort with a diverse client base
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems, including co-pay collection (Valant a plus)
• Prior supervision experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
• Maintain clinical documentation in EHR system
• Maintain a caseload of clients (25 clients a week)
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend required clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Participate in clinic marketing, outreach, and networking community events
• Conduct evidenced-based, data-informed supervision to interns and pre-licensed staff
• Collaborate with Clinic Director to provide clinical oversight
• Supervise evaluations of mental health diagnoses, creation, and implementation of treatment plans
• Attend leadership meetings and professional development as required

Position Overview

As a Clinical Supervisor at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. We are a growing organization and would add direct reports to your responsibility upon hiring new staff to allow for initial development of own clinical skills in our setting before adding supervisory responsibilities. You would also maintain your own caseload of clients.

Clinical Responsibilities Include

• Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans

Supervision Responsibilities

• Conduct evidenced-based, data informed, and goal driven individual, triadic and group supervision as required to interns and pre-licensed staff to ensure clinical excellence and align with best practices
• Collaborate with Clinic Director to provide clinical oversight to clinic’s Mental Health Practitioners and Professionals
• Supervise evaluations of mental health diagnoses, creation, and implementation of treatment plans.
• Attend leadership meetings and professional development as required

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Candidates must have clinical licensure in their field in OH with the ability to supervise (e.g. LPCC-S)
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents within 24 hours
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!), including the collection of co-payments
• Prior supervision experience preferred
