Ellie Mental Health in Centerville is seeking Counselor Trainee or Social Work Intern to join our compassionate, locally owned practice. You will develop and implement treatment plans, maintain documentation, and collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to expanding access to quality mental health care.

You will work under supervision with multiple LPCC-S and LISW-S staff, benefit from flexible scheduling, hybrid work options, and a supportive environment designed to nurture your clinical

Qualifications

• Accredited master's degree program pursuing LPC or LSW.
• Ability to demonstrate stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services within 24 hours.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in the use of Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Maintain clinical documentation in EHR system.
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 10 client visits per week.
• Actively participate in supervision and ongoing learning opportunities.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Position Overview

• Proficient in the use of Office 365
