Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Springboro, OH, seeks an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our compassionate, therapist-first practice. You will help expand access to quality care in a hybrid clinic setting emphasizing our core values: authenticity, humor, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

You will diagnose and treat clients, maintain essential documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver client-centered care while advancing licensure and professional

Qualifications

• Must have clinical licensure in OH (e.g. LSW, LISW).
• Ability to model stable boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation within 24 hours.
• Comfort with a diverse client base.
• Proficient with Office 365 and EHR systems, Valant a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with the team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Maintain clinical documentation in the EHR system.
• Maintain a caseload per week (FT 25+, PT 15).
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school staff.
• Attend required clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Participate in clinic marketing, outreach, and community events.

Join the compassionate and creative, locally owned and operated Ellie Mental Health in our newly launched clinic in Springboro OH! We are a fun group practice environment dedicated to prioritizing and nurturing the therapist experience. Compensation And Benefits

• Compensation range $35-$55 an hour (based on qualifications)
• Benefits: W2 employee with 401k, PTO, healthcare, dental and vision insurance

Position Overview

As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we’ve made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve.

Responsibilities Include

• Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Maintain clinical documentation in EHR system
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week (for full time status, 15 for PT)
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Participate in clinic marketing, outreach, and networking community events

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Candidates must have clinical licensure in their field in OH (e.g. LSW, LISW)
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents within 24 hours
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!), including the collection of co-payments
