Therapist Needed for Elliot Behavioral Health - Manchester, NH - Partial Telehealth!

Elliot Behavioral Health Services is seeking an experienced .80 full-time Licensed Independent Social Worker to join our team.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and creating group therapy programs, individual treatment plans, as well as providing initial assessments, counseling, and support to patients and/or their families. Within the healthcare system, you will collaborate with primary care providers, psychiatrists, social workers, mental health counselors, and support staff to optimize treatment plans and patient outcomes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's degree in social work required
• Two years post-graduate social work experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Eligible licensure in the State of New Hampshire
