Job summary

Premier Outpatient Behavioral Health in Montgomery County, OH, seeks a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide adult services including individual, couples, and family therapy. You will collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver coordinated care and develop goal-oriented treatment plans.

Expect to document all services using evidence-based practices, participate in case conferences, and provide on-site and off-site clinical support and education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant social science field.
• Active independent Ohio license (LPCC, LISW, or IMFT).
• Experience with adults and DSM-5-TR documentation.

Responsibilities
