Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health and human services or related field.
• One year of experience in health and human services.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
• Develop patient treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and revise plans as appropriate.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Coordinate continuing care and referrals.
