Job summary

TURN is seeking qualified clinicians for our California programs. A Master’s degree and CA BBS registration or license are required (ASW, APCC, AMFT). You will provide assessments, therapy services, crisis intervention, and discharge planning to support clients’ recovery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and CA BBS registration or license (ASW, APCC, AMFT) required.
• Experience in mental health and/or substance use services preferred.
• Cultural competency understanding required; bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments, mental health evaluations, and therapy (individual, family, group).
• Crises intervention, discharge planning, and assist clients with basic needs and symptom management.
• Complete timely documentation and meet minimum billable requirements; participate in program meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide field-based services as needed.
