The Counseling Center: Position Title: Mental Health Counselor / Therapist

Responsibilities

• New patient intake and orientation
• Conduct initial assessment of patient problems and needs and report to clinical team to initiate treatment planning
• Conduct individual sessions
• Facilitate groups with patients
• Address patient\'s concerns and help eliminate possibility of AMA
• Provide Case Management
• Provide tours for prospective patients and their families as requested
• Documentation in patient medical record

Qualifications

• Must have one of the following: LAC, LPC, LSW or LCSW
• Mental Health license or certification, clean and active
• New graduates welcome
• Experience conducting group sessions

Schedule

Full Time

Monday - Friday 1PM - 9:30PM
