Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Therapist for the Family Preservation Services Program to deliver trauma-informed in-home and community-based therapy to children and families, focusing on self-regulation, communication, and problem-solving.

You will develop treatment plans, collaborate with public and private agencies, support families in crisis with on-call rotation, and maintain timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Licensure LMSW/LMLP/LMFT/LCP/LPC required; clinical licensure preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working with children and families.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to develop client-focused interventions and manage multiple cases.

Average salary is $61,068.00 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)

As a Therapist in our Family Preservation Services Program, you will use trauma-informed practices to support children and families, focusing on self-regulation, communication, and problem-solving. You will work in-home, guiding families toward safe and stable environments. What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Bring:

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
• Ability to develop client-focused interventions and manage multiple cases.
