Job summary

2INgage is seeking a Therapist for our Family Preservation Services Program, providing in-home trauma-informed therapy to children and families. You will support self-regulation, communication, and problem-solving, guiding families toward safe, stable environments.

Responsibilities include individual and family therapy, treatment planning, collaboration with agencies, 24-hour on-call coverage, and accurate documentation. Requires graduate degree, licensure, and driving ability.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• BSRB licensure required (LMSW, LMLP, LMFT, LCP, LPC); clinical licensure preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working with children and families in behavioral/emotional support.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
• Ability to develop client-focused interventions and manage multiple cases.
