Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions in Kansas is seeking an in-home Therapist for our Family Preservation Services program to support children and families using trauma-informed practices, focusing on self-regulation and problem-solving.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field, BSRB licensure, 2+ years of experience with families, and the ability to coordinate with agencies, document thoroughly, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• BSRB licensure (LMSW, LMLP, LMFT, LCP, LPC) is required; clinical licensure preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working with children and families in behavioral/emotional support.
• Ability to drive and meet agency driving standards.
• Ability to develop client-focused interventions and manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Develop treatment plans based on evidence-based assessments.
• Collaborate with public/private agencies and community partners.
• Support families in crisis with 24-hour on-call rotation and interventions.
• Ensure timely documentation for client case records and reports.
• Coordinate long-term service needs with Behavioral Health and other staff.
• Use technology to maintain electronic client files and data.

As a Therapist in our Family Preservation Services Program, you will use trauma-informed practices to support children and families, focusing on self-regulation, communication, and problem-solving. You will work in-home, guiding families toward safe and stable environments. What You’ll Do:
