Job summary

Psychiatric Medical Care LLC is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join Senior Life Solutions, serving seniors with depression/anxiety in a partial hospitalization setting. You will work with a small multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based therapy and to develop personalized treatment plans.

The role emphasizes group therapy while also delivering individual and family sessions as needed. Licensure as a Social Worker or Counselor is required, with background checks and possible drug

Qualifications

• Licensure as Social Worker or Counselor (LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) required.
• Experience with older adults preferred.
• Background check and drug testing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to senior population.
• Develop and update treatment plans per Medicare guidelines with the team.
• Document compliant notes within required Medicare timeframes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric physician, RN Director, and office coordinator.
• Support community education and other duties as assigned.
