Job summary

Senior Life Solutions, an intensive outpatient therapy program for seniors, is seeking a qualified clinician. The role emphasizes group therapy with individual sessions and family involvement, within a collaborative team of a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and office coordinator.

Position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call, plus substantial benefits and paid holidays. Licensure in social work or counseling is required to deliver compliant Medicare-aligned care.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in Social Work or Counseling recognized by the state (e.g., LCSW, CAPSW, CISW, LPC, LPC-IT, LMFT).
• Experience with geriatric populations and outpatient therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a small disciplinary team to provide services to seniors.
• Develop, personalize, and update treatment plans with the team.
• Provide compliant documentation based on Medicare guidelines within set time frames.
• Focus on group therapy as primary modality with individual sessions.
• Involve families when appropriate and participate in community education.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population


• Use evidenced based therapeutic approaches and develop, personalize, and update treatment plans with your team


• Provide compliant documentation based on Medicare guidelines within a designated time-frame


• Our main focus is utilizing group therapy but also include:


• Individual sessions


• Family therapy (as needed)


• Assist with local community education


• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Licensure: License in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state; may include LCSW, CAPSW, CISW, LPC, LPC- IT, LMFT required
